The view from the Black and Gold glasses is mighty sweet:
- While the Port Authority in Pittsburgh is cutting many bus routes, they haven�t stopped The Bus. Excellent game by the Bus. Washed up? I don�t think so.
- A line of an old song keeps going through my head. It goes something like this (join in if you know it!) Deeeefense, Deeeefense, make them fumble, intercept that ball! What a Defensive performance, made especially sweeter by the fact that the 79 Steelers team was there. It was awesome seeing Mean Joe and Mel and Franco and Lynn and the rest of the guys. It�s hard to believe that it was 25 years ago.
- Donovan who? TO who?
- That being said, it wouldn�t surprise me to play the Beagles again, providing McNab doesn�t pull his usual choke job in the playoffs.
- Computer ranking have been a pet peeve of mine for ages, especially college football. But, according to the Sagarin NFL Rankings, Philadelphia and New England are both ranked ahead of the Steelers.
- Is there a letdown coming in the next two weeks? Hopefully not, but it wouldn�t surprise me if we would lose either of the next two games. But, not this week � Stillers 31 Mistake By the Lake Brownies 10.
