Hard Hat Award (Game #10, vs. Oak)

Stiller LB James Harrison and spec teams ace Anthony Madison are the co-winners of the weekly Hard Hat Award, given to the Stiller player who best embodies the iron-tough, hard-as-steel attitude of the steel workers inside the blast furnace of a still mill.

Harrison led the way on defense with a dominating effort, blistering RBs, WRs, and QB while nabbing 1 INT and forcing a fumble. He was flagged for a bullshit personal foul on the QB, but that didnt slow him down at all. Neither fines nor flags nor any other such imbecility seems to slow down the tenacity of this football player.

Mad Dog Madison had a huge game in kick coverage, providing the kind of ass-kicking coverage that was sorely missing last season. He chipped in on3 stops, including a rugged hit in punt cover in the 1Q and a tremendous fight thru 2 blockers en route to a solo stop in punt coverage in the 4Q.This, my friends, is what Hard Hat football is all about.

Kudos to Harrison and Madison for winning the Hard Hat Award.Wear the Hard Hat proudly, Mewelde !
