I will be honest.

I loved the Archer pick at the beginning.

Now Mill makes a good point. He could have achieved greatness somewhere else. New Orleans, Indy, etc.
We have had a similar experience at the beginning of the Cowher era. Does anybody remember what I'm talking about ?

I honestly believe they will use Archer mostly as WR. Also ourd Nr.2 WR , Wheaton, has exactly showed much yet.

Time will tell. Let's hope for the best

Thanks, Mill. Good, thorough review. I guess every team has to wonder one question when evaluating their draft picks, will this guys skills actually translate to the NFL?

Unfortunately, as Stiller fans we, like you aptly point out, need to also ask another question, which is when will we even find out?

sigh

Archer is still the only pick that just flat out pisses me off! Tell me if these names sound familiar... Allen Rossum, Stefan Logan, Chris Rainey. All 5' 8" (or less) and under 180 pounds. For some reason, Tomlin has an obsession with fast midgets instead of actual football players. Maybe this guy could be used as purely a return specialist, but if they try to incorporate him into the offense, recent history proves that to be a horrible waste of touches.
