Patsies

Postby pinpon » Fri Nov 01, 2013 9:14 am

Why do I get the feeling Tomlin and LeBeau are going to just dust off the last defensive game plan they used against the Patsies? It worked, heavy press coverage and getting physical with their WRs. However, BB will have adjustments for that. Unfortunately I see another beat down at the hands of TB and BB. Hope I am wrong.

Based on my lifelong track record, the Stillers are actually likely to show up and win this game. They could never beat the Pat's, let alone in NE, when it counted back in the day. Now that the best thing that could happen to the franchise is a 2-14 season the team will likely show up and win. Drives me fucking crazy.

As soon as Miami got the safety in OT last night my mind started doing the AFC North math again. Like, wait, we're not actually out of it, a couple of fixes on the O-line and some better clock management and we are right back in this. Maybe the embarrassment in Oaktown was exactly the wake up call this team needed...

My God. I am either a glutton for punishment or stark raving mad...
