You need YOUR head checked, doofus.

No way we're keeping only 2 QB's...
The guy's had 3 days' practice, and you want to lynch him already...

And he looks the same as when he left Jax. He doesn't know how to win, never did and never will

If not for the (hopefully) unusual plays and a missed field goal, this game belonged to the Steelers.

Sounds like '06 all over again, though...

...3 days' practice...
...and he's not here as the starter...

go grind your axe somewhere else :supissed: - I'm at least willing to give the guy a chance.

...although, Dixon might be making a case for #2, but I think he's still a bit unpolished for that...

I'm not, he sucked in college, sucked in Jax and I hope he is on the 1st thing smoking out of Pittsburgh. Dixon is better period.

There's more than enough blame to go around for this team tonight. So many missed tackles, having 12 men on the field (twice!), a TD given up by special teams, penalties on 3rd down, and both a 1st string offensive line and defense that still needs work.

It was a good effort, but there are still a lot of things that need to be worked on.

Tomlin has some work to do. He spoke all week of not game planning for Torontalo but focusing on what the team could control. Apparently it's not working like planned.

I think that's a pretty accurate summary.

A couple of people pointed to tackling. I also think line play. Both seem a little suspect to me, but correctable.

Nel, you speak true. I just hope he corrects this soon. Mistakes and a lack of focus can be contagious. I am not panicked though... it 'tis only preseason after all.

I'm wondering who the team leaders really are (among the players). Bus and Faneca are gone...who is going to stop the bleeding?

True, Hammer, but Nel has a good point. I am curious to see who will step up.

You guys are right, I have always NOT liked Leftwich and guess I never will. I don't trust him in the game. That'll never change either but, it was a fair night. 1st team D had me worried tonight

Haha so stereotypical to have Dixon's first TD as a Steeler coming off of his legs

Just picture this scenario..... Stillers down 2, last possession of 4th qtr..... Ben has injury and he can't finish game..... Other team's D winded..... Who would be more dangerous in this scenario? Dixon or Leftwich?? :!: I say no more.
Whenever Tom Brady loses, it's always someone else's fault.
