Sarah Palin: American Genius

Postby GodfatherofSoul » Wed Nov 05, 2008 9:28 pm

Moments ago on FOX News, Carl Cameron reported some damning leaks from the McCain camp on Sarah Palin.

1. According to McCain aides, she had to be told which nations were part of NAFTA (hint: there are only three and we're all neighbors...)
2. According to her debate prep team, she had to be reminded that Africa was a CONTINENT, not a country.
3. She refused any preparation for the Katie Couric interview and in general, never thought she needed to be "briefed." And she wanted to be a heartbeat away from the Presidency?!

Emotional, temper tantrums,...

Good call SteelHammer LOL!

Victory tastes like fresh honey, sparkling and pure and possessed of a heady aroma. Defeat tastes like ashes, the flyweight residue of a bonfire, or the droppings of a cheap cigar, washed down with warm, stale beer. This is what Steelhammer tastes today, the bitter dregs of failure lodged in every crevasse of his maw, tiny flecks of barely-macroscopic waste stuck in his teeth. No beverage or foodstuff can remove this awful flavor from his mouth, not even a pint of Listerine can take it away. No, he's stuck with it, for a long time. So, be gentle with good Steelhammer, as he is a tortured man.

But, as long as I'm here: NAMED sources within the McCain/Palin campaign revealed that Caribou Barbie spent a whole lot more than $150K on new duds; she also bought expensive clothes & accessories for the Snowmobile Sasquatch, just like a hillbilly who's hit the Powerball. But, unfortunately, there will be an audit soon, and Governor Palin will most likely have to pay back the RNC. Good times! Sorry, sometimes I am a little schoolgirl with the gossip......

Is this what I can expect?
OTHERS TO SPEAK FOR ME?

In that case I chose these words, from these much wiser (and more mature) people:

"It is better to be defeated on principle than to win on lies." - Arthur Calwell

"Never confuse a single defeat with a final defeat." - F. Scott Fitzgerald

"The greatest test of courage on earth is to bear defeat without losing heart."
- Robert G. Ingersoll

"I would rather lose in a cause that I know some day will triumph than to triumph in a cause that I know some day will fail." - Wendell L. Willkie
(and history has already shown us that socialism fails.)

"It's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get back up." -
Vince Lombardi

"Be careful that victories do not carry the seed of future defeats." - Ralph W. Sockman

THANK YOU FOR SHOWING THE WORLD HOW SMALL YOU AND YOUR IDEAS ARE, TO COME HERE AND GLOAT. TO ATTACK YOUR OPPONENT AFTER YOU HAVE WON.
You are sowing those "seeds of future defeat" with every post.
Americans will remember.
And Americans will return to the ideas and values this country was built on.

I'll end this post with the words of an American Small Businessman, Cory Miller, who wrote these words to the President-elect...
....America was made great by people who embraced the one-time American culture of self reliance, self motivation, self determination, self discipline, personal betterment, hard work, risk taking. A culture built around the concept that success was in reach on every able bodied American who would strive for it. Each year that less Americans embrace that culture, we all descend together. We descend down the socialist path that has brought country after country ultimately to bitter and unremarkable states. If you and your liberal comrades in the media and school systems would spend half as much effort cultivating a culture of can-do across America as you do cultivating your entitlement culture, we could see Americans at large embracing the conviction that they can elevate themselves through personal betterment, personal achievement, and self reliance. You see, when people embrace such ideals, they act on them. When people act on such ideals, they succeed. All of America could find herself elevating instead of deteriorating.....
...your political philosophies represent everything that is wrong with our country. You represent the culture of government dependence instead of self reliance; Entitlement mentality instead of personal achievement; Penalization of the successful to reward the unmotivated; Political correctness instead of open mindedness and open debate. If you are successful, you may preside over the final transformation of America from being the greatest and most self-reliant culture on earth, to just another country of whiners and wimps, who sit around looking to the government to solve their problems. Like all of western Europe. All countries on the decline. All countries that, because of liberal socialistic mentalities, have a little less to offer mankind every year.

By the way did you notice the dow was down by over 450 point on the news of the election results?

The dow droping had to do with the election results? Sources? Nope. It had to do with the fact that it is continuing to do the same as it has been BEFORE the election.

And the McAnus party are the sources that are now talking about Palin and what an idiot she was. She is probably the biggest reason that many republicans did not vote for him. Watch as Palin slowly falls off the face of the planet. However, I hope she tries to run in 4 years and gets the republican nomination. It will not be hard to defeat that twat.

Just read on CNN that a GOP lawyer is on his way to Alaska to reclaim/audit property (clothes?) in Palin's possession.

Well if you read it, it must be true. :dunce:

Nothing but character assisination.
The politics of personal destruction.
Rather than address the ideas of the person, attack them.

Palin is the front runner for the GOP nomination - OF COURSE THEY ARE GOING TO ATTACK HER.
(What does it even matter if she did keep some clothes that the RNC paid for? It isn't your money.)

If you want to talk about money, lets talk about Obama's illegal campaign contributions that he bought this election with.

Before Bible Spice thinks about running for President, she'd better go back to school and study up on her geography, to begin with. Also, maybe someone can help her cram about NAFTA, evolution, grammar, and public speaking. This may not be possible. Isn't she raising a special-needs child, and home-schooling her kids? Can you imagine being homeschooled by this dolt? Jesus on a pony! Only an idiot would vote for her. Only an idiot.

You just called 47% of U.S. citizens idiots.
(how very democratic of you to make personal attacks on your opponents.)

What percentage of Representitive Murtha's constituants voted for him?
You might be in trouble.

Hammer, have you ever spent a few minutes channel-surfing? Listening to the radio? Checking out the high-school-graduation rates nationwide? Have you looked at any rankings of American students vs. the rest of the world in math & science? Counted how many fast-food outlets vs. fine restaurants there are in any given area? Visited a library? If you have, then you might, as I do, consider that 47% to be a bit of a lowball estimate. Rent the movie "Idiocracy." Then try not to kill yourself.

And, along with the 47% who voted Republican, your little snowbunny Sarah Palin is an idiot's idiot.

Typical liberal response = anyone you disagree with is an idiot and uncultured.
Your party has made theses claims about Regan, Quayle, Bush, and now Palin.
Way to unite the country by calling more than 47% of Americans idiots.
This is what we can expect.

Hope,
The nuts and bolts of Education and how paying for it is traditionally left to the States, or even more so the LOCAL government, not the Federal Government.
So it is a Bad example. (Though if you want to use it we can - it still is a shit argumnt for you because our kids are falling behind those around the world - so what you are calling our "socialist" schools are failing. Just another example of the Government taking something over and running it poorly for way too much money)"

I'm talking about Federal Socialism & Global Socialism. Medicare, Social Secruity, and Veteran's Benefits are better exampls of Federal Socialism. (And they are all example of poorly run Government programs that cost way too much for what we get.)

I'd love to talk about the issues, Steelhamper, but, quite frankly, you bore me. Your constant whining is irritating. So, I'm out. Enjoy the next four years, my pseudointellectual friend.
