I can't wait til he eventually gets cut sometime down the road, goes to a team that already has a number 85, and is forced to wear another number.

And computer fantasy football leagues everywhere are trying to figure out how to deal with this one. :x

I've wondered if Chad knows that "eighty five" in Spanish is actually "ochenta y cinco."

It may not be quite that difficult. I'm willing to bet most of these fantasy leagues pull the player rosters and stats from one, centralized database location (either from some stats bureau or possibly even the league itself).

So, once that source makes the name change, it'll just be a matter of when all those other sites sync back up with that source.

I think that actually got pointed out to him right after he made the name up. If I remember correctly, he tried to pass it off as him being a smartass, but no one really bought it.

Keep in mind that it IS very common for people to refer to player numbers by digits.

"Look at how 2-1 got around the corner there!" Obviously referring to number 21.

That could be the very same logic and mentality Ocho Psycho used in his self-proclaimed nicknaming convention and eventual name-change.

Why not "Tha Mohawk" or "Gold Teef"?

Ah well.

Haha, it's possible, but I think you're giving him WAY too much credit.

By the way, Chad Ocho Cinco's new initials are COC. Worth mentioning.

Chad Johnson is the AFC's T.O.

He makes me laugh.

I love me some T.O. Being that I live in the Dallas area, I can't help but keep some popcorn ready for the guy.

I know, I know... Hate the Cowboys. blah blah blah

My dad raised me to like two teams: The Steelers and anybody that beats the Dallas Cowboys. They're just a fun team to watch sometimes. Who DOESN'T like watching Marion the Barbarian run like his hair is on fire?

Oh yeah... Chad Johnson is a retard. 8-)

I understand what you mean here, but I think T.O. was far worse than CJ. T.O. used to be a cancer to any team he played for, whereas CJ is just a drama queen. I like T.O. a lot better since he has been in Dallas, though. It was a good move for him.
