Clinton Portis has "High" expectations of his coworkers

• Washington Redskins running back Clinton Portis said there's no question where the players would rather have the Pro bowl located. The game will be played in Honolulu Sunday, but next year will be in Miami, where, said Portis, "there's too much to get into," especially with places such as South Beach and Fort Lauderdale. "There's going to be people getting DUIs, people getting suspended, so I think coming [to Hawaii] is much nicer," he said.
I guess Clinton doesn't think people can control themselves?

well there's more chances of that happening there in party areas
in miami they'd be going to clubs, in hawaii they're on the beach chillin with a mai tai
