That said, and this is hardly news, but Larry Fitzgerald is a damn monster. Why Carolina didn't double or even triple cover him that entire game is beyond me. It reminds me of the Chicago/Carolina game a few years ago when the Bears decided to let Steve Smith have his yards by only single covering. I think he ended up with ~200 yards a couple TDs.

You'd think, having played in that game and seeing the heat Chicago took for it, that Carolina would have known better.

Guess not.

Larry Fitzgerald is a damn stud...and I say that as a heterosexual married man with two children.

He, by himself, bitch slapped the entire Carolina defense.

We probably should have known he'd be amazing when he came out of college. After all, he almost made Rod Rutherford look like a quarterback. That's no small feat.
