Chris Dope shows his true colors

Postby StillMill » Sat Jan 10, 2009 9:19 pm

Chris The Dope --
1. Got burned deep for a TD in the 1H. Slower than a fat traffic cop in a bank heist.

2. Clumsy as an oaf on the deep ball to Clayton in the 3Q, allowing Clayton to reach up and grab the ball when Dope -- the deep fucking safey on the play who had a PERFECT angle to ballhawk and bust the play up --clumsily fell onto his ass like a complete pile of shit.

Chris The Dope. And remember this -- Stillers.com was the first, and foremost, media source to correctly ridicule Dope and adamantly pushed to have his sorry ass run out of town on a rail.

Stillers.com -- We lead, others follow.

That play should be posted on wikipedia under crappy safety effort.

He really did look like a jackass on the touchdown by the Ravens.

Unfortunately, even if Anthony Smith is better than Hope, no one can play the safety position from the bench. I don't mind Clark, besides his dumb ass penalties, he is pretty solid, but Anthony Smith is more bench rot brought to you by "the system"

Interesting...

The folks I've always talked football have pretty much always rated Hope as an average, stop gap player at best. We've always thought that was pretty obvious, but whatever.

They don't know this site exists, by the way.

Also, other sites, have indeed pointed out his averageness.

In fact, I give you "Chris Hope Football Simulator 2005"!

http://www.somethingawful.com/d/news/chris-hope-football.php

An excerpt:

About Chris Hope

Why Chris Hope? The decision was a no-brainer, as the Steelers' safety is the most dominant and popular athlete in the world. Chris Hope is a defensive legend, an integral part of such unforgettable historic plays as Guy Carrying Ball Gets Pushed Out Of Bounds By Chris Hope and Chris Hope Gives A Teammate Who Just Recorded A Sack A High Five. Defense wins football games in the NFL, and Chris Hope is a thousand dollars worth of defense in a five hundred dollar suit.

Remember -- Piss Dope actually made the Pro Bowl this year. Yet another example of what a farce the Blo Bowl actually is.
