Week 17 Late Game talk

Postby thesteelhammer » Sun Dec 28, 2008 6:49 pm

Can't decide who I want to miss the play-offs more.
Joey Porter
or
Alan Faneca

Farve is playing like shit.
Pretty funny cause Pennington is playing well.
Would be an nice F you to the jets for him to beat them here.

Congrats to the detroit lions on a history making season.
The only team in NFL history to go 0-16.

Who should they pick #1 over-all and condem to play there? :P

I'm definitely rooting against the Jets.

I have no love for Miami, but after running Pennington out of town for Favre, I'd love to see them choke on it.

Dallas sucks. They have no heart whatsoever. Couldn't happen to a better team.

The Karma thing with pennington is pretty cool, plus the bonus of watching Faneca miss the playoffs after all his bitching last year.

Philly is owning Dallas. (Of corse the owned the Steelers too. :| )

Like the idea of the Ravens beating on the Titans.

The Jets are building up all kinds of bad mojo.

Mangini flipping on his old boss. Faneca bolting after bitching all of last year. Running Pennington out of town for Favre.

Plus, this isn't necessarily bad karma, but I remember Greenie from Mike and Mike blabbing on and on about his team after they beat the previously unbeaten Titans. I understand his motivation, but you have to be careful about tooting your own team's horn too loudly. They've been on quite a slide since then.

blocked punt! go dolphins!

I wonder if faneca is gonna cry like a little bitch when they miss the playoffs. enjoy watching us from home you fat fuck!

i lost a lot of respect for favre in the offseason when he was being a whining bitch. the jets seem to be the whining bitch team of the nfl, they might as well sign terrell owens next year

History made two years in a row. First 16-0 regular season team last year and the first 0-16 regular season team this year.

That's kind of cool in a twisted sort of way.

Favre was trying to catch the Dolphins with 12 men, but they outsmarted him by moving their defense around.

Pennington just b-slapped them for a first down, too.

An interesting side effect of a Dolphins win is that the Patsies have to watch from home.

If the Chargers win, that's an 8-8 team in the playoffs. Granted 9-7 isn't much better, but that's just pathetic.

Luckily the Arizona Steelers West figured out their shit this week to save us from 2 possible 8-8 teams in the playoffs.

With all of that being said, the Chargers think that they are owed one due to the blown call in the earlier game (though I don't agree), I think they might actually pull it out.

Can either the Broncos or Chargers beat the Colts? ( Does this game really matter to Steelers fans?)

BTW: Tim Mcgraw is a lucky man because Faith Hill is HOT
