Ben by far, the guy got banged up but stayed in there and made a lot of tough throws

woodley could be an honorable mention having 6 tackles and 2 sacks

also really impressed with mewelde moore, i wasn't expecting much out of the 3rd stringer but he had a really good game. 17 carries and 1 yard away from a 100 yd. game

You took the words outta my mouth. Woodley is definitely worthy of honorable mention. Ben, though, for the first time in a while was comfortable and hanging in throughout the game.

Great performance by the team to hang in for the win after some up and downs.

Ben should be marked down for hard hat EVERY WEEK. That's the kind of performance we expect from him. And he delivers week in and week out. The man is elite.

This defense, I must say, is the best we've had in awhile, and we've always had stellar D's. With a healthy TP, and with outside linebackers that come to maul you, I think we will continue to see good things from this defense. One thing I'm excited so far overall.. NO-LATE GAME-BREAKDOWNS!

How about a hard hat for Hokie Pokie or B-Mac? Both deserve consideration. I give the edge to Hoke by a pubic hair.

Kudo's to BR7 but he played against a subpar JAX D tonight, illustrating further that the Offense has a long way to go to put opponents away-and I mean bury those bastards with no chance of coming back in the final seconds. Down the stretch, this bugs me.

First of all, special kudos to miller for FINALLY showing up.

Secondly, you don't get my hard hat award if you just piss away an entire 3rd quarter AND throw a pick that kept the opponent in the game, sorry.

That said, I can't really choose just one, I'd say there are several honorable mentions.

Woodley
Moore
How bout the whole offensive line? Maybe not...
Fadden
Pola

Altogether, an extremely balanced effort for the entire team that shocked the hell outta me. Really, it was more like only a few players played badly (Ike, DESHEA, Russell, maybe santonio for getting blanketed out of the game by mathis)

I guess I'll go with moore, with fadden in a close second.

Ben received the Sunday Night TV award too.

Madden and whatshisname are bad but no comparison to Monday Night's Crew from ESPN. Called "turn up your radio"!

Nance and Sims are the all time homers for Dallas and the Pats, just sickening comments. Jerry Jones continues to coach from the sideline late in games. Boys have some problems, Romo's Northern Illinois background is starting to show. Happy feet.

Hard hat should go to Hoke, isn't that what it's for? 38 yards on 19 attempts the heavy rushing Jags got.

Why are you people mentioning defensive players to receive the Hard Hat Award? Don't you know, according to Still Mill, that our defense and Dick LeBeau pretty much sucks? That, however, is not my opinion. Seems kinda strange, though, that our defensive players keep receiving Hard Hat Awards.

With that said, my vote for the Hard Hat Award goes to BEN ROETHLISBERGER. He should have rec'd one last week for his efforts, but didn't. He surely deserves it this week, and um, he's not on the defense, which isn't "fine," right, Still Mill? 8-)

Offense: Ben or Moore.
Defence: Harrison, Woodley, Hoke, A Smith.
Tough choice this week.
