Farewell to Swiss Ham. He was a good kicker and a good guy. I had a feeling Boswell was gonna beat him out for the job anyhow, tho. Safe travels, brother, and thanks for your service.

I'm sure he will land on a roster pretty quickly once he gets healthy. Hell, he may even end up back on the Steelers if this season is anything like last season.

IDK if you read his statement or not, but it sure sounded to me like he plans on hanging it up. Usually that follows thanking everyone who gave him a chance in his career. Regardless, I thank him for his time here. Came in during the middle of the 2010 season when Jeff Reed had clearly lost it as a Kicker and was sent packing, and hardly missed a beat thereafter. I'm confident in what I've seen from Boswell moving forward, though.
