The Spy Who Sacked Me?

Postby isfry » Sat Nov 28, 2015 5:05 pm

Saw on the injury report that Shazier is "Questionable" for Sunday with a knee. My thoughts are that he, if healthy, could be the key to victory for the Steelers. With his speed he could hopefully shadow Russell and keep him from rattling off big gains with his legs. With Shazier out, though, I worry that even the best coverage downfield may only result in long runs underneath by the QB. Fingers crossed that Shazamm can play and play FAST.

Another question mark for Sunday is apparently Seattle's starting center, Patrick Lewis. I know little about him and less about the guy behind him on the depth chart, Lemuel Jeanpierre, but a back-up center on their O-line could bode well for the Stillers' front 3.

Marshawn Lynch out for Seattle. Had surgery this past week. That should help, but then again I said the same thing when Jamal Charles was out for K.C., and their back-up RB ran for nearly 100 yards on us.

And Shazier goes out with the concussion protocol... can he stay on the field ever??
