Steelers cut 3, put Sepulveda on IR, 1 cut more by Tomorrow

The Steelers placed punter Daniel Sepulveda on the Injured Reserve List,
Cut QB Mike Potts,
Cut WR Jeremy Bloom,
and Cut DE Martavius Prince.
The Steelers currently have 77 players on their roster because wide receiver Marvin Allen doesn't count as part of the NFL’s international player development program. Allen will be on this years practice squad.
The Steelers must make one more roster move prior to tomorrow’s 4 p.m. ET deadline to meet the NFL’s maximum roster limit.
Who is it going to be?
