Sir, I nominate you as the new 2009 Stiller QB coach!

OK folks. Here is the theory. Ben in the game is like everyone is stuck in quicksand. You get Lefty in there and the game takes on an entirley different pace and there is rhythm. Each time this year Lefty has come in the Steeleres suddenly explode for points

Fact? or Wishful thinking?

I say Lefty does very well in the Steelers scheme.

Hard to say.
Ben's injury sparked the team today.
Especially the defense.

No, I think if anything, the O line feels a little relief of not having to hold thier blocks ALL day with Lefty in there.

That wasn't relief. It was guilt.
The Franchise just left the field on a back board cause they didn't do their jobs.
It was also fear for their jobs.

The entire team was flat and playing not to get hurt until ben got carried off. That definately woke them all up.

Hammer, I like everyone else out there, I acknowledge the O-line is quite shitty..... But, you, yes you have to admit that Ben holds the ball to long in hopes of going for the home run more times than not. Yes, sometimes it pays off, but like another poster said ealier, put it on the number 1 ranked defence. Shit, just get them some points!

I agree Ben holds the ball too long in the hope of making a big play.

I also agree the O-line is shitty

I don't agree that we can put it all on our defense. Look at what the Titans did to them. We have to have some offense. I think we need to go to the no-huddle all the time with Ben for the rest of this season. He is better in it.

Ben giving them the ball. was it 4 or 5 times, didn't quite help the D either.

i hope the steelers don't go into the first playoff game thinking we're a power running team just because willie was able to run for 100 yards against the 5th worst run D in the league
