Rnk LW* Team Record Comments
1. 1. Houston Texans 9-1 Schaub tied Moon for most single game passing yards in the Super Bowl era, second most all-time behind Van Brocklin.
2. 2. Atlanta Falcons 9-1 Overcame Ryan throwing 5 interceptions.
3. 4. Green Bay Packers 7-3 Looking to avenge last year's playoff loss to the Giants.
4. 5. Baltimore Ravens 8-2 Flacco's road woes remain a concern.
5. 6. Denver Broncos 7-3 Could Manning win a fifth MVP?
6. 7. New England Patriots 7-3 Gronkowski is the first TE in league history to score 10 or more TDs in each of his first 3 seasons. He then broke his arm in the final minutes of a blowout win blocking for an extra point.
7. 8. San Francisco 49ers 7-2-1 Kaepernick was masterful. Was Smith just Wally Pipp’ed?
8. 3. Chicago Bears 7-3 Campbell had no chance being sacked 5.5 times by Smith which was a MNF record.
9. 15. New Orleans Saints 5-5 Here they come.
10. 9. Pittsburgh Steelers 6-4 Couldn't overcome loss of Roethlisberger despite stifling defense.
11. 11. New York Giants 6-4 Come off the bye with the unenviable task of facing the streaking Packers.
12. 12. Seattle Seahawks 6-4 Play 3 of their next 4 on the road where they have not been at their best.
13. 13. Minnesota Vikings 6-4 Ponder got to spend his bye week travelling with his girlfriend Samantha Steele of ESPN to Charlottesville last Thursday for UVa versus UNC and then Oregon for College Gameday. Ain't love grand.
14. 14. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 6-4 Fourth consecutive win came on furious comeback capped by walk-off Freeman to Clark TD in OT.
15. 16. Dallas Cowboys 5-5 Romo needed OT against a 2 win opponent to up his November record to 21-3.
16. 17. Cincinnati Bengals 5-5 Back in the playoff race.
17. 10. Indianapolis Colts 6-4 No opposing rookie QB has won in Foxboro since Collins in '95.
18. 18. Detriot Lions 4-6 Backus' 186 game starting streak is in jeopardy after a hamstring injury.
19. 19. Tennessee Titans 4-6 Can make a mark with next 3 games against divisional foes.
20. 25. Washington Redskins 4-6 Ended 3 game losing streak in rousing fashion with RGIII completing 14 of 15 passes with 4 TDs.
21. 27. New York Jets 4-6 Dirty Sanchez actually made it through a game turnover free.
22. 29. Buffalo Bills 4-6 Defense finally played up to their potential although opponents lack of offensive weapons helped.
23. 20. Miami Dolphins 4-6 Losers of 3 straight have fallen from serious contention.
24. 21. San Diego Chargers 4-6 Dead and buried. Will Smith/Turner finally pay with their jobs?
25. 22. Arizona Cardinals 4-6 Decision to bench Skelton for Lindley predictably didn't work.
26. 24. St. Louis Rams 3-6-1 Came up short despite being favored for the first time this season. Were they hung over from celebrating previous week's tie in SF?
27. 23. Philadelphia Eagles 3-7 Fans got what they wanted with Castillo firing and Vick being sidelined. Wonder how many have learned the grass isn't always greener.
28. 26. Carolina Panthers 2-8 Continue to find creative ways to lose by blowing an 11 point lead in the final 5 minutes before falling in OT.
29. 28. Oakland Raiders 3-7 Allowed 135 points in 3 straight losses, the franchise's most in a 3 game since giving up 141 in the first 3 games of 1961 when I was 3 months old.
30. 30. Cleveland Browns 2-8 Couldn't hold a 13 point halftime lead despite getting to Romo for 7 sacks.
31. 31. Jacksonville Jaguars 1-9 Blackmon finally produced after Henne replaced Gabbert due to injury. It wasn't enough.
32. 32. Kansas City Chiefs 1-9 Quinn.... Cassel.... Repeat after me.... It just doesn't matter.
